The tom hess Music Careers Mentoring Program

The Music Careers Mentoring Program (MCMP) was designed and created by Tom Hess to train, coach, and mentor his private and correspondence students towards successful careers as professionals in the music industry.

Now Tom has opened the program up for other musicians to reap its benefits. The skills you will learn will make you successful not only in music, but also in anything you undertake.

In 2006 Paul had the opportunity to join the Music Careers Mentoring Program. He was subsequently hired as a member of the Tom Hess Music Corporation and is now co-manager of the MCMP.
